Description

Lydden Hill is a one mile, mixed surface, motor racing venue offering an array of Motorsport action on two, three and four wheels. The circuit can be set up for mixed surface or tarmac applications meaning the circuit can cater for a wide range of vehicles and event types.

 

Over recent years the circuit has played host to a variety of events including the FIA World Rallycross, the BHP Show, Classic Festival, Vintage Motorcyle Racing, BTRC Truck Festival and the MSA British Rallycross to name a few. Lydden hill was founded as a speedway in 1947, since then it has been through a number of changes, most notably it became the birthplace of Rallycross back in 1967 earning it the title ‘Home of Rallycross’.
