Blyton Park Circuit

Description

Starting off like many as an RAF base, Blyton Park has undergone many changes since it’s inception in 1954. The circuit has 10 configurations which caters for Sprinting, Rallycross, Rallying and Autograss.

In 2011 motorsport enthusiast Richard Usher bought the circuit and repurposed it into a one and a half mile tarmac circuit. Later that year Blyton Park Driving Centre opened, with the main activities being track and experience days with optional driver tuition.

However, in recent years, a number of alternate circuit configurations have been introduced and as a result, the circuit is now a hub for numerous car and motorbike disciplines. The venue is now licenced by the MSA for sprint competition, Blyton Park hosts a number of rallycross and grasstrack events, as well as supermoto and superlites series.

The track can be used for MSA testing or completely hired for more private tests, car launches or club events. The staff at Blyton also offer custom options to meet diverse testing and event needs, for activities ranging from vehicle testing to corporate events.

In terms of the circuits facilities, Blyton Park has a fully heated clubhouse with briefing and dining rooms, a shower and toilet block, a fully enclosed paddock area, large grassed areas and facilities for camping with mains power hook up. These features make Blyton Park suitable for car club meetings, product launches, vehicle testing, and corporate events.
